Las abuelas dicen que la mezclilla era para clases bajas. Hoy se pagan hasta 5 mil dólares por un par de jeans. Definitivamente los jeans de Cristina Aguilera no son para las clases bajas. Pero a veces, la IMAGEN queda en la mente. Los tatuajes eran de convictos. Y ahora, las pudientes “niñas” (así les dicen sus novios, yo no) traen tatuajes. De hecho, creo que con ese desagradable tiple fresi-hueva-grave más bien les dicen NEÑAS y no “Niñas”. Como sea, que mal se oyen. Odiosos como la chingada, pero bueno.
Hace unos días le decía a una bella conductora de tv que mi papá seguramente se viste como el Chapo Guzmán y neta que no es narcotraficante. Vamos, a lo que voy es a la pregunta de “cuanta gente se viste como algo que no és?” Mucha. Estrellas de música fresi-pop-balada-tropi-lela que salen con perforaciones en orejas, nariz, ombliguitos y eso. No checa. Es como ver a Hulk Hogan cantando “Vamos al Noa Noa” o a las de Rebelde tocando una de Magma. Algo no checa, ¿verdad?.
Cuando la masa ROBA lo que surgió de un movimiento subterráneo lo prostituye, lo acaba, lo corre y lo desecha igual de rápido. A Johnny Lyndon le quedaba bien el pelo verde y amarillo que por un tiempo fue un “statement”. Ahora, cualquier güey se lo puede pintar “namás porque si”. Los tatuajes, las playeras de los Ramones, los zapatotes y las chamarras de cuero negras pertenecieron alguna vez a un grupo de personas que cuando se topaban de frente en la calle, SONREÍAN CÓMPLICES SIN DIRIGIRSE LA PALABRA: “Ai’ va un güey igual de aburrido, incomprendido y mamón que yo”.
Ahora, imagínate a un NERD como Kiko (sí, el de “El Chavo del 8”) tatuado tribalmente y perforado por todo el cuerpo. ¿Pues, no sé ve cabrón, verdad?. Ni cool, ni imponente, ni BIEN. Perdón, que alguien le diga a todos los Kikos de está ciudad que al tatuarse van a ACRECENTAR su nerdez. Los tatuajes no los van a ayudar. Ni las playeras de Sepultura. Hoy, esas banderas de identidad son productos al alcance de cualquiera. Habemos quienes nos envolvemos en las banderas y nos aventamos como Niño Héroe antes que permitir que nos las quiten. Otros… otros solo las compran.

    no se de cuando date este thread/comentario, como sea… pero me intereso y quiero dar mi opinion…
    es verdad que existen pateticas tribus urbanas, en que cada pendejo se ve mas igual al que tiene al lado…
    pero hinchar las pelotas por las “banderas de identidad” me provoca un poco de risa…
    al menos yo no visto “banderas de identidad”, me parece absurdo llamarlas asi… ya que en si mismas no significan mucho… (si por banderas de identidad entendemos las poleras (playeras) de ramones, o la chaqueta de cuero, o el tatuaje en el brazo)
    si tengo poleras con estampados de bandas… y que? me sirven para no salir desnudo a la calle…
    aunque es casi obvio que las poleras que compro son de bandas que me gustan…
    pero mi verdadera identidad esta impresa en mi, en la consecuencia de mis actos, en mis palabras y en mi forma de pensar…
    recuerdo cuando aca los jovenes empezaron a usar los pantalones a la mitad del trasero porque decian ser hardcore…
    lo que me lleva a preguntarme, por que para seguir una tendencia es necesario imitar a alguien? vestirse de una manera en especial?
    no puedo ser hardcore y vestirme como gente normal?
    la moda no es tu identidad!!!
    imagino que al primer hombre que uso un aro (arete) le preguntaron si acaso era mujer…
    o a aquel que usa lentes le preguntan si es nerd
    es la misma sociedad la que estereotipa todo…
    como por ej. que se decia que los tatuajes son de presidiarios
    y si me preguntan cual es mi identidad o con que grupo me identifico? prefiero ser un ser humano… aunque me averguenze el resto de la humanidad
    es mi humilde opinion
    (lo siento si no se entiende, a veces mis ideas se dispersan)
