Brenda Davis is an internationally renowned nutritionist. In addition to her clinical work and her consulting services in public and private companies, Brenda is a professor, lecturer and author of several research articles. She is also the co-author of 12 books on veganism with over 1 million copies sold. In 2007, she was inducted into the Vegan Hall of Fame of the North American Vegetarian Society. She is a strong proponent of lifestyle medicine to change chronic disease, while addressing global warming, animal abuse, and the hyper-industrialization of the food system.
